Centrifugal Pump: Centrifugal pump is the most common type of pump in the chemical industry. It relies on the centrifugal force generated when the impeller rotates to guide the liquid into the center of the impeller, and then throw it out from the impeller along the circumference to transfer the fluid. Positive Displacement Pump: It pumps a fixed volume of flow every time it moves, which means that the flow generated per revolution can be calculated with high precision. Turbine Pump: A turbine pump is a centrifugal pump that has a turbine-liked impeller with radially oriented teeth to move liquids. They are often used in high head but relatively low-volume applications, but turbine pumps are not suitable for conveying impurity-containing liquids.
